We all want more from our bodies. We want to look better, feel better, and be more appreciated by others. Toning and shaping up our bodies is not always easy. The following are some great exercises that help you to tone up your buns, and look great in your tight jeans. The majority of these require little or no equipment, and can be done almost anywhere to make getting the butt you want more of a reality than a dream.
The reach behind:
For this exercise you will need to have a wall you can use, and may want to also have some light weight dumbbells for improved results. The wall will be used for balance, so be sure that you have a sturdy wall available.
Ok, now stand a few feet away from the wall, and put your hands flat against it. Your upper body should be leaning forward. You are going to bend your knees a little, and then, keeping one foot on the floor, lift the other foot up behind you. You will want to keep your knee bent as well, and keep yourself balanced. When lifting your leg up, you want to tighten your abs, and keep your hips slightly forward. Your torso should be almost parallel to the floor. You are going to do two sets of ten reps, or do ten on each side. Take a break for at least one minute in between each set. When you do these exercises, if you want your butt to be toned evenly, try to be even about what exercises you do. Use dumbbells during the exercises by holding them in your hands.
Lunges and a rise:
This is a great exercise for tightening your buns, and getting those hard muscles you hope for. For this exercise you need some stairs and dumbbells. You will want to stand two feet from the first stair. You will want to hold a dumbbell in each hand, and then step forward onto the stair. If you step forward with your right foot, your left heel should rise off the floor, your knee should be slightly bent, and you should be in a lunge position. Do the opposite when you switch off and use the other foot. You are going to want to repeat the process, switching off legs, and do one set of ten reps each day. This exercise will mean a slimmer, firmer rear end, and stronger hamstrings, and quadriceps.
Butt lift
To do this exercise all you need is some floor space. This exercise requires no equipment. What you are going to do is lie flat on your back. You want to bend your knees, and put your feet flat on the floor. Your arms need to be at your sides, and straight. You will want to then flex your butt muscles, and life your hips off the floor. Count to two, then life one leg and extend it to the roof. After fully extending it, return it to starting position, and lower your hips back to the floor. Repeat move with the other leg. You will want to do two sets of ten a day. You are going to want to rest for a few minutes in between each set.
These exercises are fast and easy and can help you firm up your rear and reduce the fat and cellulite in that area as well as in your thighs. The results are fast if you are consistent.
